Membership refunds
Except where required by law, GameYears membership payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
Canceling a membership stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. Access continues through the end of that paid period.
If you believe you were charged in error, email support@gameyears.com so we can review the charge.
Physical products
Policies for physical products will be displayed before those products become available for purchase.
