Who we are

GameYears is a service operated by QForma LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “GameYears” mean QForma LLC.

These terms are the agreement between you and QForma LLC for your use of GameYears.

Eligibility and parental authority

GameYears accounts are held by adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and agree to these terms.

By adding an athlete, you confirm that you are that athlete's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their parent's or guardian's permission to record and manage their sports history in GameYears.

Your account and the family members you invite

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Please keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

When you invite other family members into your family's record, you are responsible for who you invite and for what they can see and do. You can remove an invited member at any time.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything your family adds — photos, videos, files, notes, recordings, results and stats.

So that we can operate GameYears for you, you give us permission to store, process, organize, back up, display and deliver your content, including creating thumbnails and other versions needed to show it in the product, to share it through links you create, and to produce the pages and keepsakes you ask for. This permission exists only to run the service for you, and it ends when you delete the content or your record.

Privacy and sharing

GameYears is private by default. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

When a parent or guardian creates a share link, anyone holding that link can view the approved page until the link expires or is revoked. You decide what a shared page contains.

Membership, billing, and automatic renewal

GameYears memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance, in U.S. dollars, through our payment processor. The price and billing interval are shown before purchase.

Your membership renews automatically at the interval you select unless you cancel before the next renewal date. By purchasing a membership, you authorize QForma LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for each renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the membership-management page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will continue to have the applicable membership access through that date.

Refunds

Except where required by law, membership payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@gameyears.com so we can review the charge.

If a membership ends

Ending a membership does not automatically delete the family's GameYears record. Access and the ability to add or change content may be limited according to the current membership and retention policies.

Requests concerning account or data deletion are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not use GameYears to harass anyone, to invade anyone's privacy, or to break the law.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to GameYears or to another family's record.

Availability and changes to the product

GameYears is an evolving product. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end an account that misuses GameYears, breaks these terms, or puts other families or the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

You may stop using GameYears at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GameYears is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that automated features such as reading uploaded material will always be accurate. Please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

To the extent the law allows, QForma LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to GameYears is limited to the amount you paid us for the membership in the twelve months before the claim.

Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of the place you live provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as GameYears changes. If a change is material, we will tell members before it takes effect. Continuing to use GameYears after a change means you accept the updated terms.
